Here we are well into the month of May. We hope to see some changes in the ‘stay at home’ order soon. Please check in to this website each Thursday for updates regarding leadership. We are going to try to set up leadership meetings via Zoom until we can gather together safely at our regular meeting times.
It is our intention to have our regular summer retreats on Orcas and short stops at Mount Rainier if restrictions are lifted. In the meantime, these pictures should bring back some good memories.
As we deal with the stay at home order and the cancellation of so many activities, please take you Bible and read Romans 8:35-39.
“Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword? “Nothing in all creation will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Not even a pandemic! Listen to God speak to you each day. Have a quiet time where He can speak to your soul. Be patient, show your love through your actions, say kind words to everyone you know.
Finally, we would love it if you would text or call each week and let us know how you are doing. Isn’t that what leadership teaches you….to care for one another? We miss you! Be sure to call Greg in Yakima or Kathy or Zachary in Kennewick if there is anything you need.
Stay safe and take good care of your family.
