We are continually bombarded by decisions we need to make, some minor and others, major. Some people are quick to make decisions and others procrastinate, taking a long time to decide.
Here are some things to keep in mind:
Don’t let other people make important decisions for you. You are the one who will be impacted, you are the one who should decide.
Don’t make hasty decisions on important issues. Take the time you need.
Seek input from as many people as possible. Get many opinions.
Carefully evaluate how your decision will impact those around you.
Live with your decision for a brief period of time before you implement it.
Always seek God’s wisdom and be absolutely sure your decision is in sync with His will for your life and with scripture!
Go with what you know is the right decision, not what you would sometimes prefer. Take full responsibility for your decision. Never blame someone else if the outcome is not what you had hoped for.
We’re sure you can think of other criteria for decision making. Review last week’s video for the foundation of decision making...I know what I believe, I stand firm for what I believe and I live what I believe. There should be consistency in your decision making!
Blessing,
Greg, Kathy, and Zachary
